2. Shipping Rates
Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time. All shipping costs include handling and may be subject to state tax.
3. Shipping Time Frame
Orders shipped with USPS Flat Rate Shipping, can average 3-7 business days for arrival, within the 48 continental United States.
4. Available Shipping
SISTARCOSMETICS.COM does not ship to international addresses. We ship to addresses that are located within 48 continental United States. Please visit our website later for more information on international shipping.
Currently we only provide shipping to the 48 continental United States of America.
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, and your shipment contains restricted items, you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post).
Any package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed or charged for an address correction fee.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. For additional restrictions to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses (See Restricted Hazardous Items).
5. Free Shipping Promotions
Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only. This offer excludes oversized packages.
6. Weekend Delivery
Orders shipped via USPS (standard) are delivered on weekdays only. Delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.
7. USDOT Restriction and Hazardous Items
Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT).
Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others.
• Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray, shaving cream, and inhalers.
• Products that contain flammable volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as: fragrances, nail polish, bunion treatments, and nail polish remover.
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses. All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard and cannot be shipped via Expedited or Premium. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.
1. Our Guarantee
We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from SISTARCOSMETICS.COM. If for any reason you’re not, simply return your products, following the below guidelines.
2. Time limit on returns
Products must be returned within 30 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on SISTARCOSMETICS.COM. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
3. Payment Credit
When you return your purchase to SISTARCOSMETICS.COM by mail and we receive your item within 30 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.
3. Refunding shipping fee
Original shipping charges paid at the time of SISTARCOSMETICS.COM order submit are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by SISTARCOSMETICS.COM. In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
4. Return package shipping fee
SISATCOSMETICS.COM does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. This returns label is not pre-paid.
5. Return by Mail
1) Fill out the Return Form attached to the Order Summary and include the Return Form with your items. Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
2) Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and SISTARCOSMETICS.COM packaging (if available).
Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
3) You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

6.Refused Package / Undeliverable as Addressed (Return To Sender)
If you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be an additional payment needed for the cost of shipping. Unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, package will be treated as a regular return. A 10% restocking fee will be applied and shipping cost are not refundable.
Products ordered online can be not exchanged. SISTARCOSMETICS.COM accepts return only. SISTARCOSMETICS.COM is unable to offer exchanges by mail.
